Names and text
Each name is engraved exactly as you type it, capitals and lowercase included. Please check the spelling before you add to bag: you'll be asked to tick a box to confirm.
Photos
Any clear photo works. Faces close together, good light and no filters give the best result.
Checked by a person
Every name and every photo is checked by our team before anything is made. If a photo isn't sharp enough, we contact you first.
If something goes wrong
Personalised pieces can't be returned, but if the mistake is ours we remake it for free. Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery.
