Is delivery tracked?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and you receive your tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.
When will my order arrive?
About 8 working days in total: we ship your order within 2 to 4 working days, then it reaches you in 4 to 7 working days. Delivery options for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves us, you receive an email with your tracking link. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or write to us with your order number.
Why does a personalised piece take a little longer?
Personalised pieces are made just for you, and a person on our team checks every name and photo before anything is made, so they take a little longer before they ship.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as possible with your order number. We reply within 24 to 48 hours and do our best before anything is made or shipped.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn, non-personalised items.
What if my personalised piece has a mistake?
Personalised pieces can't be returned, but if something is wrong on our side (a name that doesn't match your order, a damaged piece or an unclear photo), we remake it for free. Just send us a photo within 14 days of delivery.
Can I return briefs or a bra?
For hygiene reasons, worn briefs and bras can't be returned.
How do I start a return?
Write to us with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. We reply within 24 to 48 hours and guide you through it.
Personalisation
How does personalisation work?
Type the names exactly as you want them, check the live preview, tick the spelling box and add to bag.
Who checks my engraving?
A person on our team reads every name and every photo before anything is made, and writes to you if something looks unclear.
I made a spelling mistake, what can I do?
Write to us straight away with your order number and the correct spelling. The sooner we know, the better.
Sizing & comfort
Which size should I take?
Follow the size guide on the product page. Between two sizes? Take the larger one for comfort.
Which sizes do you offer?
Each product page shows its sizes. Our cosy and comfort pieces go from XS up to 4XL depending on the style.

Jewellery care
How do I look after my jewellery?
Take it off before swimming, showering or the gym, keep perfume and lotion away from it, store it on its own and wipe it with a soft dry cloth.
