You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn, non-personalised items.
Personalised pieces are made just for you, so we can't take them back. If something is wrong on our side (a name that doesn't match your order, a damaged piece or an unclear photo), we'll remake it for free. Just send us a photo within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, worn briefs and bras can't be returned.
How to start a return
Write to us with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply on working days and guide you through it.
